The Employment Equity Consultative Forum developed a new three-year plan for the 2023/2024 to 2025/2026 financial years. The plan will be used in the interim while Interfront awaits the anticipated changes to the Employment Equity Act. The revised Act will have a big impact on how companies deal with EE initiatives and targets since it will not allow companies to set their own targets; instead, targets will be set per sector by the Minister.
