This priority underscores a proactive approach to ensuring that all administrative, financial, and operational activities are conducted in full compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements, including the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and other applicable frameworks. Clean administration is not limited to the outcome of external audits; it is embedded in daily practices, internal controls, ethical leadership, and a culture of transparency.
