The purpose of the Receptionist:

To staff the reception area so that the first impression created on first contact with the office is professional and so that these areas run efficiently and effectively.

To manage incoming calls to the office in a professional manner.

To manage the visitor areas around reception, including conference rooms and canteen – ensuring cleanliness, tidiness and fit for purpose.
