Our engineering processes

We have an Interfront customised Agile development process that assist us to deliver quality software on time.

Our hiring process

Depending on the position you are applying for the hiring process differs.

Our typical hiring process includes:

1. Telephone Screening interview

In most operational positions we first do a telephonic screening interview and if the candidate qualifies, then they get invited to a face to face interview. The telephonic screening interview is aimed at testing the technical skills and abilities of the individual.

2. Face-to-face interview

Following the first screening interview, face to face interviews are conducted of which are a combination of testing technical skills, values, fitting the culture and soft skills testing.

3. Assessment

For certain positions candidates will be required to undergo an assessment test.

4. Vetting process

All the prospective employees have to go through a vetting process and this is discussed with the candidates. Successful candidates will be required to undertake an oath of secrecy, pre-employment screening and or vetting, and a declaration of private interest. The appointment is also subject to appropriate reference(s) and security clearance if applicable.

Company size

The company consists of about 110 employees, of which about 15 employees are in support positions within Corporate and the remainder are placed in technical positions within Operations.

We are a java house and we are constantly looking for java developers at senior level.
